Sales Representative

We are looking for a motivated, organised, and proactive professional to join our team and drive our sales forward,

Purpose of the Role

  • Supporting the General Manager and working within the Sales team to promote and sell a range of products. Is driven with a
    passion for what they do and works in a professional and calm manner.
    Key Responsibilities
  • Working within a small team to build and maintain profitable customer relationships, driving sales, and seeking new
    business opportunities with new and existing customers.
  • Greeting customers professionally on-site or off site, offering assistance, recommending products, drawing attention to
    offers, providing product information and referring to experts when required.
  • Working to the schedules and targets assigned by the General Manager.
  • Ensuring excellent customer service levels are always achieved, in person, over the phone and by email – striving to
    building long term relationships.
  • Liaising with the Sales Team on orders and working with other departments to schedule deliveries.
  • Remaining abreast of latest industry trends.
  • Addressing issues in a timely and professional manner, escalating critical issues to Management.
  • Complete any other reasonable duties as directed by the Sales Manager and General Manager to aid business /

  • Adheres to and delivers the Group Values in all aspects of the role.

Essentials Skills and Knowledge

  • Sales and customer service experience
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise and work well under pressure
  • Basic commercial awareness
  • Excellent verbal, written communication and listening skills
  • Ability to work well with a team
  • Works in a professional manner
  • Organised with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

Desirable Skills Knowledge

  • Previous experience in a similar roles

  • Group Sales staff

General Information

Based in Jersey and requires the employment status of ‘Entitled’ or Entitled for Work
